Amazing and special stay with jaw-dropping canal views, beautiful and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly hosts. Helpful staff, excellent location, and free luggage storage. Incredible experience of enjoying coffee by the canal. Spacious room and prompt breakfast service. Minor noise issue in the morning but would still return.

I was here for 1 day and would definitely come back there. The room with great breakfast. The location was excellent - ease of access to a grand showpiece square.

Great central location and helpful staff. The host was fantastic, very welcoming and accommodating. The view from the apartment was stunning, overlooking the canal and the morning gondola traffic. The breakfast served in the room was a nice touch and convenient.
The stairs to the apartment were steep, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The building itself was old and in need of some upgrades, particularly in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our quadruple room, it was really spacious. The hotel was in a great central location, right by a peaceful alley, and close to the heart of Venice. We stayed for 2 nights, and had a great time exploring the San Marco district.

Our romantic escape was made even more special by the stunning view from our room. We could see the tranquil water and gondolas passing by, creating a truly picturesque setting. The spaciousness of the room was also a pleasant surprise, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. the breakfast service delivered to our room on a trolley was a wonderful touch, allowing us to start our day in a leisurely manner.
We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. the bathroom, while clean enough, did not have the sparkling cleanliness we were hoping for.

Cute old building with canal views from upstairs room. Air conditioning in hot afternoons. Included breakfast simple but appreciated. Friendly family running guest house. Hard to find family room with two bedrooms.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was close to all the tourist attractions and we could easily walk to the main areas. The view over the canal from our room was breathtaking, adding to the charm of our stay. We loved the personalized breakfast brought to our room on a cart every morning. It was a convenient and delicious way to start our day.
Finding the hotel was a bit tricky, especially with outdated names on maps and doors. The stairs leading up to our room were quite steep and could be a challenge for those with heavy suitcases or mobility issues.

Finding the place was a challenge, but the friendly owner and son made us feel welcome. The building had a true Venetian charm and was conveniently located near major attractions. The staff stayed up late to check us in and served us a delicious breakfast every morning. The huge room with a balcony and antique furniture added to the overall atmosphere of the place. We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this wonderful hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel.

I loved having an Italian breakfast every morning and the complimentary WiFi was a nice touch. The flat-screen TV in my room made for great entertainment.
Who needs a shower refurbishment or accurate pictures when you can have a fancy Italian breakfast and watch gondolas from your balcony?

Our stay at Palazzo Eugenia - Minelli was absolutely incredible. The historical palace, dating back to 1500 AC, was beautifully maintained and filled with a charming Venetian atmosphere. From our window, we had a breathtaking view of the canals and the singing Gondolieri passing by. Each morning, we were delighted with a delicious breakfast delivered right to our room. The owner was incredibly helpful and made us feel truly welcome. The location was perfect, just around the corner from St. Mark's Square and close to the ferries. We enjoyed sipping coffee and watching the gondolas go by. The ambiance of the hotel was authentic and we loved staying in a typical Venetian house. Our room was spacious with air conditioning, providing a comfortable retreat from the summer heat. we were beyond pleased with our experience at Palazzo Eugenia - Minelli and can't wait to return.
